III. ONLINE BOOKING ROOM RATE

All rates are in US$ per room per night, including buffet breakfast, 10% VAT & 5% service charges. Breakfast is served from 6.00AM to 10.00AM daily.

Surcharge 15$ for Deluxe room; 20$ Junior Suite and 25$ Family Suite from 30th April, 2012 to 02nd May, 2012

Free Internet service, WIFI in room, welcome drink & fruit basket at arrival, in-room tea/coffee & 02 bottles of mineral water daily, use of the Health Club, swimming pool, private beach, Billiards snooker and fishing on river bank.

Free shuttles bus to Hoi An Ancient town & use of bicycles

No extra charge for child under 12 sharing bed with parents but half charge for their breakfast. Additional breakfast charge will be applied at the rate of $US 10.00 and the breakfast of children from 6 years to 12 years of age is charged at $US 5.00 / Child.

Extra bed adds US$ 28/night/person including breakfast.
